Protect Your Pets in Your Home!

Either way, it is up to you to ensure that they are kept out of harm’s way!

Many get out of houses when we are showing, be sure you tell us they are fast and at the front door. Then we can put a foot out and hope to stop them. If they are not use to strangers in the yard or house be sure we know so we give you time to tie them up or put them in something so they don't bite a child that might go up to them. The garage is the best place to keep them during showings, We can come back and show a garage later if the showing goes well with the rest of the house. We sure do not want a pet to run away when we open the door to show a home. Be sure we know that there are pets in the house and how to handle them when we list the house so we can pass on the information to Multiple Listing Service. Remember many agents show the house so we all need to know. A little sign on the man door to the garage or where ever the animals may be staying would be nice.  This will keep us all safer.  Thanks
