Where do I Go? Where to start to get a loan?

Here are a few Lenders we have had good feed back from our buyers. All have many years of experience in our local area. Please try to use a local lender that knows our prices so you will get an appraiser that knows our area and you will most likely not pay too much and the sellers will not get too little for their home. The internet lenders call appraisers from out of the area and know nothing about the different sub-divisions and areas that sell higher or lower then others. They use the big picture which sometimes is way off. Then the escrow does not go through..or you may pay too much so they can sell a loan.

The reduction in upfront mortgage insurance (MI) fees on FHA (Federal Housing Administration) loans isn’t the only good news for your aspiring homebuyers.
