I work with many lawyers in town to settle estates or sell the parents home to afford that care home which is so expensive. I give free estate estimate of values to put in your files to change your base price at the time of the spouses death if not selling the home that same year. The lawyers will want this estimate.

I give a FREE Home Warranty (worth $355)to both buyers or sellers I am representing for a house warming gift instead of stuff you don't need or a plant that you don't know how to take care of. Many buyers think sellers might have hidden problems when something goes wrong that first year. A house is like a person, the house has different needs for different families. The size of family, the maintenance the homes receives etc. so I do not want my sellers getting hit with those calls. I do not want the Buyers getting upset that the sellers are gone..After the first year the buyers take responsibility and they can extend the home warranties year after year.
