 We have many nearly new homes that are Bank Owned in Plumas Lake area near Beale AFB . Sub-dividers came in and over built in our area and some are still new. They are still building a few homes that were already contracted to build that you can get about $100,000 less then the homes across Hwy.70. This area had only 20 and 30 year old homes to choose from before year 2000. Now thousands of homes are near Beale AFB. Your chance to buy a newer home. We have many military people that retire here due to the base shopping so near and Sacramento plus other bases nearby for the military hospitals. There is base housing but a lot of the military like to live off the base in both Yuba County and Sutter County areas.
